(Q) Where can I download the latest version?
(A) If you are a supported customer, your January newsletter will give you the website address where you can download the latest updates. If you have mislaid your newsletter, please email Ian at the address below, with details of your licence, and he will send you the link.
(Q) I've just installed Scale on a new computer, how do I install the licence?
(A) If you are a supported customer, please email Ian at the address below, with details of your licence, and he will send you installation instructions.
(Q) How do I get support?
(A) If you think you have found an error in one of the calculations please mark it up with a felt-tip pen and email Ian at the address below. Ian will liaise with the engineer who is maintaining the proforma from which the calculation was produced; if necessary you will receive a replacement proforma. For NL-STRESS technical support, sales enquires, change of address or contact person etc. please also email Ian.
